I have FFDShow installed on my system but I have AVC1 decode disabled the GSpot video codec list for my system shows: AVC1 H. 264MPEG-4 AVC ITU-TISOIEC Although I do not normally install any of the usual external codec packs I have installed Haali Matroska Splitter for support of MKV as it was needed with MULTIAVCHD which is a program I use to author my own BluRay discs. If you dont know how to use a program then dont use it instead of doing false statements. Remove the program from the Control Panel check and delete the registry leftover by the program all these are the necessary steps in the manual removal process complex operations will take too much time and effort to perform. I use either or XviD unfortunately I still need to deal with XviD in MKV or AVI container. Because we burned subtitles in the video during the coding step all we need is audio and video.
